Pacific Youth Empowerment for Success (PacYES)

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the 7th Annual PacYES Conference at UH Hilo will not be in-person this year. However, we have designed a new website where you can still find relevant information, video messages, resources. Our keynote speakers this year including Maui Policy Chief Tivoli Fa’aumu, Alvin Radford, Eva Abraham, and others will be interviewed and posted on our new website. For now check out the new website (www.pacyes.mu-bi.org) for some inspirational stories of some of our college student volunteers and videos of some of our past conference.

Co-sponsored by Micronesians United – Big Island (MU-BI) , DOE – Complex Areas, County of Hawai’i, and UH Hilo, and other major sponsors and partners, PacYES! aims to motivate, inspire, and inform high school students of Pacific Island ethnicities about career opportunities, college readiness, and community readiness.
